DEAD LIFTS 3 @ 80% 1 RM, 2X2 @ 85%, 3X3 @ 90% 1 RM
DWOD:
2-4-6-8-10-9-7-5-3
OVER THE BAR BURPEES
DB HANG CLEANS
**over the bar burpees done as a burpee than jump over the bar, complete another burpee, jump back over the bar**
CWOD *cardio workout of the day*
5 sets Run 400m resting 2 min between runs.
2 sets Run 1 mile resting 5 min between runs.
