  • 2x100 yrd sprints

DWOD:
          AMRAP IN 20 MIN
  • 20 KB SWINGS
  • 15 BURPEE PULL UPS
  • 10 BOX JUMPS

  • POWER PUSHUPS **release from floor at peak of pushup**
